Service Description

This is a consultation for any of our services. If the patient decides to proceed with the recommended treatment, the consultation fee will be applied toward the final cost of the treatment.

Cancellation Policy

Non-refundable deposits/ payments. If you cancel your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. To reschedule within less than 7 days notice, additional deposits will be necessary. In the case of the packages $loo cancellation fee will be required if you cancel less then 24 hours before.
